We offer a wide variety of classes for athletes, ages 3 and up. From forward rolls and cartwheels to advanced skills such as fulls and beyond, we’ll be your partner in discovering your capabilities.

Ages 3-4 years

Preschool Tumbling is the first class many children will be in on their own. In this class your child will learn the flow of our classes, basic tumbling skills, independence and more! In this class students will be learning basic tumbling skills. These include forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, and more!

Ages 5+

Beginner Tumbling is the building block for your child’s tumbling. This class is broken down into a warm-up, stations, and either fun conditioning or a game. You will see your child working on creative drills and stations to help them better understand the skills and achieve new goals! In this class students will be learning basic tumbling skills. These include forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, rounds-offs, bridges, and backbends!

Intermediate tumbling is all about limber skills. This class is the bridge between basic skills and the higher level power tumbling. In this class students will be learning more advanced tumbling skills. These include Backbend kickover, back walkover, front limber, front walkover and more!

Ages 5+

Springs is the start to all power tumbling and higher- level skills athletes think of when they first start tumbling. You will see your child working on creative
drills and stations to help them better understand the skills and achieve new goals! In this class athletes will work skills like Front Handsprings, back handsprings, and more!

Ages 5+

Jump class is to help you learn and improve your jumps for cheerleading. In this class, you will learn how to do each jump with proper technique and drills to improve flexibility, leg power, and hip rotation. This is perfect for aspiring or current cheerleaders for school or All-Star teams.

Ages 5+

In flyer technique class, you will work on balance, core and leg strength, flexibility, and more. This class is perfect for current or aspiring flyers. We will use stunt stands and other equipment to assist with all flying skills.
